need help identifying part

My actuator pin broke a few weeks ago. I ordered a new one, but thanks to flooding here, i was unable to immediately install it. As a result, i lost my lower cylinder housing cover. I have tried to find a replacement online, with no luck. Is there another name for this part that im not aware of?

As a component of the the column ass'y, it may not be available as a separate part.

I'd look harder.

Parts catalog only lists entire upper steering column

I would redouble my efforts to locate it
