No power when warm. Exhausted!

Here’s the story-
Runs fine when first start and first ten minutes of driving . Then starts to smell bad through exhaust, spitting and sputtering and loses power when warm. Really rich I think. Throwing the P0171. So far, replaced plugs, o2 sensors (NTK), fuel pump, temp sensor, Tstat, had the cat checked and it’s good. What else can cause this?? No codes other than the o2 lean bank 1 codes. Thanks! Thinking i need to have the cat checked again? I’m lost. 99 2.5 manual.

From the little research that I did. It looks like the only thing you havent messed with are the injectors. Maybe clean or replace them and see what happens.
