Noise and vibration

Hey guys been working on a problem for a while now.
I have an 04 TJ 5 speed manual 3.25" lift with 33x12.5.
At about 30mph (on the speedometer) the vibration starts. It continues as i speed up but soften at higher speeds. Also the second i let off the gas the vibration stops.
I dont know if this is part of it, but when it running in neutral and i let the clutch out it makes a noise as soon as i puch the clutch in it stops.
I have checked all the u-joints and they seems solid, but i reada thread were someone had changed a u-joint that seemed good and it solved his issue.
Any thoughts?

Try removing rear drive shaft and a short gent all drive up to speed with problems in 4hi

If it goes away you know problem is in rear shaft or axle assembly

While driveshaft put flex each u joint fully back and forth each direction and feel for clunk or bind

A Ujoint can "feel" solid, but it still can be bad if all the needle bearings are dry/seized.
