Just wanted to say that I put a Novak cable shifter on my TJ today and is was really quite easy. Took about 2.5-3.0 hours only due to the adjustment. The actual install was about 1.5 hours. That is definitely a good buy...... I highly recommend it to anyone whom has done a lift on their ride. Just my 2 cents......
Mine didn't require much, but I ran up and down through the gears anyway. Just a little at the shifter and a little at the transfer case. The brackets really just needed to be snug and propionate. And I am anal retentive. :lmao:
Make sure you pay attention to how you remove the shift bracket on the transfer case and install the new one the same way. The pictures don't reflect that detail.
