O2 sensor question

I was getting a P0431 CEL and through looking around online I've come to the conclusion my cats are going to need replaced. I am outside of the federal warranty since I have an '05 with 143k miles.

While replacing the cats I figured I would install new O2 sensors as well.

How tight does a person tighten an O2 sensor ?
Do they tighten to finger tight then another 1/4 or 1/2 turn ?
Do they have a torque spec ?

They appear to have a crush washer like a spark plug on them.

Just figured I'd ask before I mess up new sensors or a new cat.

NTK lists two values, one for upstream, one for downstream. I don't recall the exact values but what I can tell you is that the upper end if one value is 3/4 turn past snug, and the lower end of the other value is 3/4 turn past snug.

So I set all four of mine to 3/4 turns past snug and had a soda.
