Oil leak from rear of LJ after rollover.

I rolled my LJ and drove it home a few weeks ago. Haven't had much time to mess with it since. Insurance totalled it but I am keeping it and repairing what I need to.
There is oil leaking from the drivers side behind the axle. Not sure where it is coming from yet but it leaks slowly while sitting, and appears to have leaked while driving as it is sprayed on the fuel tank below the filler and the frame behind the axle. The drips on the frame appear to go up, not down. The axle took a big hit, it was a full roll and the drivers side is caved in around the wheel well. Is it possible the axle seal is leaking?
I suspect this but there doesn't appear to be any oil around the seal, on the tire, or inside the rim.
Has anyone had this issue after rolling? I have never replaced the seal so if you think that is what it is please point me to a good quality replacement and a good writeup on the subject. If you think it is something else please clue me in.

This. When I added aftermarket diff covers with a higher fill hole, I got the same mess all over the drivers edge of the gas tank. Traced it to the vent tube up by the tank fill neck.

This x3. No big deal. Just some gear lube coming out the vent tube from being inverted. Mine leaks here for a few miles after every diff oil change. Just makes a mess.

Thanks for the knowledge. I will check it out tomorrow. Love that this forum has so many helpful people. Never inverted my Jeep before, but I knew some of you had to have!
