Oil Sensor Issues

Hello, Wanting to know if anyone else has his issue. my 05 Wrangler Unltd oil gauge does not work on initial startup but does work after the engine warms up. Yes, the oil is full. Wondering if it's the sending unit or the gauge. Thanks in advance.

Have you replaced the sending unit? If you have not get one from Jeep. The AutoZone or any auto parts store ones are not that great.
I have an O'reilly one in my jeep now and it works fine until the the oil gets heated up and then when I slow down I can watch the gauge drop down to about 10 psi. At idle it is the same 10 or 15 psi.
