Learning the photo attachment thing, hope this comes thru.
I have a 4" lift (skyjacker) with currie upper and lowers on the front.
I'm pretty sure I have a drop pitman arm and also think I have bump steer. I am considering putting a stock pitman arm on, can I do that and nothing else with the lift? Or should I combine that with currectlync? Does the skyjacker track bar need to go too?
How do I post multiple photos?

Yes that looks like a dropped arm, yes you should be able to just replace with stock.
Hard to tell from the angle but I don't think you have a track bar drop bracket, so you are probably experiencing bump steer.

Yep your steering isn't set up for a dropped Pitman arm since your track bar is bolted to the stock non-dropped track bar mount. Replace it with the stock OE Pitman arm.
