Rear upper shock mount repair

I have a rear upper shock mount rust out any suggestion for repair?

Are we talking about the common issue with the upper frame nuts or is the actual crossmember rusted out.

pics help, or we're just guessing. same ? as TJ4Jim ask's...how rotten is it?
if you have good steel you could just make a patch and have it welded in. if it's all rotten then it needs replaced.
