Regearing!?

Finally got my lift and tires all done. Now looking to get my power back. I've already posted and read some older ones and came to the conclusion 4.56 is what I need. Now... How do I go about doing this? What gears are a good one I won't have to worry about. But still budget friendly. Where's a good place to purchase them. And how much is a fair price for an instal?
