Remote Start Install

Hey guys -- I have an Avital 4111 remote start that I bought for my car a few years back. I never installed it, no longer have the car so I figure I may as well install it on my jeep.

With that being said, does anyone know if a write up exists to explain the install? Any brand remote start should do the job.

Thanks!

What exactly did you type into Google? I have tried multiple searches and not having any luck. A link would help out quite a bit.

If its an auto, it will be easy, a lil harder (few more wires) with a stick (and you need a manual ready RS.)
Do you have the black or grey key? Black means you don't need a bypass, grey means you do (transponder key.)
the12volt.com has good info, and diagrams/sheets for many vehicles.

Yea yea....

Zero help but that was hilarious haha -- unfortunately the only ones that I can find through google are for newer jk models -- my thought is that tjs are quite a bit different to run an auto start on

Looks like I may have ran into some luck! I have the black key. Thanks for sending that link over.
