Requesting someone's help for diagnosis!

Hello! My jeep is stalling at lights while in drive and at a complete stop. Im thinking it could be my Idle Air Control Sensor. Now I already cleaned the throttle body and IAC and replaced the throttle position sensor in an attempt to fix the problem. Now i just need to make sure it is in fact the IAC Sensor.

Now if someone with a vehicle close to a 1998 Jeep wrangler 4.0 could go outside, unplug the IAC sensor that goes into the side of the throttle body, start your vehicle up and tell me if their RPMS are higher or lower than normal, that could really help me!

I started my jeep up after taking out the sensor and the RPMs went to barely nothing. I believe it is suppose to go up in RPMS when the senor is disconnected while the jeep is off then turned back on. Thank you!

The throttle body for those of you that do not know is located near the top of the engine, on the right side of the vehicle under the hood, where the air intake hose leads into, also connected to a few sensors and the throttle and return cables, thanks
