serp belt tensioner

We got the head off, and I had asked before bout the tensioner bracket out of whack, well it looks like the bracket is installed wrong is This support bracket supposed to go behind the motor mount?

OK so the answer to this is yes that part in the pic goes between the engine and engine mount, now my tensioner bracket sits straight
