Soft Top Adjustment

I have a 1997 Wrangler Sport. The soft top on it is in OK shape, no real leaks or tears, but it looks like it doesn't fit quite right. On the passenger side rear it sags a bit and is loose. I assumed that it was due to the woven strap that supports the rear bow, so I trimmed it best I could and reattached it to the middle bow. It helped out a little, but it still doesn't seem right. While looking at the header on the passenger side I noticed that it does not seem tight against the header bar. Is there a way to adjust this? The picture that I attached has the area pointed out, since, as I am constantly reminded of, I do not have a way with words and probably confused everyone Thanks for your help.
