Stereo and sepakers for 1997 wrang sahara

Looking to replace stereo and speakers in 1997 wrangler sahara. Looking for recommendations that don't break the bank. For sound bar speakers, appears Pioneer TS-A1673R 6.5-Inch, 220-Watt 3-Way Speakers seem to have good reviews. What about stereo and front speakers?

I am upgrading my 2000 Sport with a Kenwood head unit, Alpine 445U Amp, and Sound Ordinance Powered Sub. I have already put Pioneer 5 1/4" in sound bar and dash. I think I have $450 max in all of it. I pre-wired everything and now just need to do the install... maybe this weekend or the extended weekend next week. Stock radio needs to go soon.

I bought some of those angle brackets on Ebay for the dash speakers but didn't want to cut metal, so made a special bracket out of plexiglass.

Sony head unit, polk audio 4x6 in front and a VDP sound bar with 6.5's. I need to upgrade the sound bar speakers but, not bad for now.

Get the Nalin 5.25" bracket for the dash speakers. That way you can just get 4 of the same speakers so the roll bar and dash match. It makes life easy and sounds great. Do it through crutch field and you can get wiring harnesses for the dash and roll bar so no cutting anything! It's super easy and works great. I personally used 4 Kicker 40CS54 5-1/4" 2-way car speakers at Crutchfield.com for the dash and roll bar. They com with free installation gear. I have a Jensen head unit thats nice, but just get whatever headunit you want I don't think it matters too much. Now I'm working on installing a kicker 6.5" sub in my console!

I went with Polk 4x6 in the dash, Polk 6.5 in the sound bar, an amp under the seat, and a 10 inch Kicker sub in the trunk. Oh yea the head is a Kenwood.

I got my Polk's and head from Best Buy when they were on sale (cheaper than Crutchfield) and sub and amp from a local shop.
