STP Engine Flush

Is it OK to use STP engine flush before my next oil change, I saw the product on the shelf today and picked it up, I am ready to put 10W-30 in my engine this week, I just want to get the dirty stuff out if at all possible. What is the exact oil capacity with a new filter? Thanks.

The 4.0L takes six quarts. Personally I wouldn't use a flushing product unless there were indications of sludge build up ( take a peek in the oil fill hole). Oil over it's time of use cycle does get dirty in appearance, if it isn't then there is an issue.

I will give it a shot if it will not harm my engine. Thanks for your input.
