Suspension noise over speed bumps

hi everyone my TJ is making a groaning/grunting sound from the front end when i go ever speed bumps. I've read that it could be from the bushings not being lubed up? I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this.

most of the time its shocks but, it could be anything in the front suspension.

you could lay under the front and have a helper jump up and down on the bumper and see if you notice anything moving more than it should

so i did this over the weekend and applied a silicone lubricant to the bushings that were making the noise and the noise went away for about a day then it came back. does anyone know a more permanent solution?

which bushings? if you can isolate the worn parts then you'll know what ones need to be replaced.

I attached a photo to assist with the names of different parts

I will check again this weekend to try and single out the specific one.

Get under the Jeep. Have a helper rock the Jeep side to side. Start listening, looking and grabbing connections until you find the loose ones.
