sway bar link mount bent

my sway bar link mount was bent offroading im trying to install new links but i cant because of this. any ideas

I assume the mount on the axle? How bad is it? Do you have a picture?

Heat it and knock it back with a 3lb mini sledge.

if i heat it up and knock it back is that going to be ok when i go to get the car aligned

That mount will not have any effect whatsoever as far as an alignment. just take your time and knock it back straight.

You can also take a big Cresent wrench and tighten it on the tab and bend it back into place........
