TJ/LJ Fog Light Relay

This may be a stupid question, but how do I remove s relay module from the under-hood fuse box in my LJ?

My multi-purpose light switch has stopped turning on my fog lights. Since I replaced the switch assembly just over a year ago its warrantee has just expired. My local parts shop has suggested that I check the fog light relay before laying out the money for a new switch assembly with a life-time warrantee.

I have tried pulling the relay module and tried prying it (with a non-conductive tool) but cannot seem to budge it. Is there a latch that needs to be overcome, or do I just have to pull harder?
