Lately the front turn signal and side marker blink at the same time on the passenger side and they alternate on my drivers side. This is driving my OCD girlfriend nuts and I told her i would try to fix it. I figured it was a relay or something along those lines but I have no clue how to go about fixing it. Ive tried disconnecting the battery but that didn't work. Any ideas on how to fix this?

If it matters it is on a 01.

My wife just pointed out the same thing on my 01 the other day. I'd forgot about it and really couldn't tell you... are they suppose to alternate front and side or should they both light up at the same time. I meant to take a look but lost interest about as quickly as I was told of the issue.

The front ones alternate don't they???...that's what I seem to remember anyways

Check your front parking light/turn signal bulb (on the same side) for a good connection and good ground and try replacing that bub. The side marker/turn signal is grounded through the opposite filliment on the front bulb.

Running lights off the two front lights blink together. Running lights on they alternate.

I've unhooked the bulbs and put them back in when I painted my fender flares and it didn't help at all. Any other thoughts?
