vacuum line location?

The vac line that runs the heater blend door comes from the manifold and It runs along the firewall to a tee. One side of the tee goes into the firewall to the blend door. the other side of the tee goes under the battery tray. What does the battery tray one hook to? The line is unhooked and I cannot find anything to hook it to. ?

There is a vacuum tank under the battery.

As stated, The vacuum reservoir is mounted to the rear of the right front inner fender wheelhouse in the engine compartment, under the battery tray.
