Unhappy What company makes a good head?

My plagued 0331 head has cracked A local shop wanted $700 to buy a new casing just to put all my old stuff in the new casing

I would like to get a complete head that i can drop in.

I was looking at ATK but then i started seeing bad reviews about the engines they build so i am weary of the heads.

Does anyone know of other options and if you have any personal experience?

Aside from the head, what else do i need to replace while installing a new head?

Thanks in advance...

Aluminum Cylinder Heads - Jeep 4.0l Inline Six - Performer - Edelbrock, LLC.

What year is your jeep, and is there any emissions issues with your state? The odd ball thing with this is you have to run a '98 or earlier exhaust. (So I'm bones on my '05) I would not have a clue as to how to convert that.

Have read good things on the forum about Clearwater Cylinder Head and Alabama Cylinder Heads--find them on Amazon. No personal experience, just found them while doing research.

Google "new 0331 cylinder head" gives a lot of results.

I remember a shop in Las Vegas but can't find it right now--they were recasting 0331s and reportedly beefing them up to address the cracking issue. Will post if I find the reference.
