What exhaust to use

Fresh 4.0 rebuild, 30 over, new crank, new tupy head, stage one cam, new everything. .. should I use old exhaust manifolds new manifolds or new headers. Will I gain anything at all with headers?

You did not mention year but if tupy head I am guessing 00-06
Unless non calif 2000 all calif 2000 and all calif or not 2001-2006 are only legal with mini cats so headers not an option

If earlier head on 97-99 different story

You won't gain any performance by going with aftermarket headers. If your existing split header system is still in good condition I'd re-use it.
