What Oil to Use with camshaft issue

I just got a 06 tj with 55,000 and need to do an oil change. My concern is now I am reading all the posts regarding the camshaft wear issues. I have not pulled mine as I don't want to screw up the timing and have not heard any issues from it. What is the consensus on why type of oil to use and how often to change when it is mainly used for daily driving.

I'll bite on this one.

I was running castrol full synthetic when my LJ ate a cam and a lifter at 61000 miles. Post-engine rebuild, my mechanic says Rotella synthetic (I don't recall the viscosity). As a matter of fact, he's performing the first post-rebuild oil change/inspection now.

The Rotella allegedly posesses zink and other magical stuff absent from modern oils. I trust my mechanic on this one.

Rotella used to have elevated zinc and moly levels until our wonderful gov't made them quit. Now the only oil that has that is specialty breakin oils. Rotella is not a bad oil, just not as good as it once was
