What the eff is that sound!?!?!

So I had the top off the other day and it rained. When I started the jeep up again there was a ticking that souneded like the turn signal was on comming from were the ussal turn signal sound comes from but the turn signals were not on plus it was going 3 times the normal speed. Its driving me crazy someone please help!

Never looked into turn signal problems on my TJ, but I'd go fishing for the relay, and see if that's the culprit. Should be cheap to replace, and if you got it out you could test it with some batteries, see if it's chattering.

That's a common issue after the dash area gets wet but it usually goes away once it dries out in a day or two. I wouldn't start replacing anything yet.
