1980 Jeep CJ7 Manual Transmission Oil Leak

Hello, need some help figuring out what is causing this leak?

1980 Jeep CJ7 Manual Transmission.

Oil Pukes/Leaks out only when Jeep is running. Leaks from when starter is bolted in.

Yellow looking fluid is related to water getting mixed with water.

Possibly Manual Transmission Input Deals?

The only thing that I can think of that would cause oil to seep from the starter would be an bad input shaft seal.
