YJ upper door skin adjustment

I recently installed(yesterday) a new Bestop Supertop soft top on my 93 YJ. The top fits flawlessly. Problem is I can't get the upper door skins to fit flush enough against the windshield frame. There is like a 1/2" gap. It is bad enough that the snap at the bottom corner of the door skin doesn't reach the snap on the lower hard door half.

As you can see from the attached pics the snap is at least 1/2" away from the door snap and there is a gap against the windshield frame.

There is a plastic channel that fits on the frame that you are missing.
