Need assistance from those with electrical knowledge

So I am finally focusing on the mod I wanted to do earlier this year. I have a set of M151/M35 turn signals I wish to wire up into my JKU and replace the current turn signals.

The turn signals have three wires coming from them, each with a metal band marking it (1, 2, and 3).

My questions are:

- does anyone have a reference for how I could wire these up into my Wrangler? I'm sure that each band references either the light, the signal, or the blackout, so I will need to wire each one appropriately

- do I need to swap anything out like the bulbs, etc?

- if anyone is a SME and within driving distance, I would be willing to compensate for your assistance

The mil lights I got were 24v (except the fender blackout light) so I just swapped the bulbs. But those were the driving and IR lights (2 wire hi/low beams, ground through mount).
I'd just pull it apart and check the bulb number. According to here (Front Composite Light, 11614156 / 12432437-1) they look like 24v, but he lists the 12v replacement bulbs. He also has the Packard connectors (Rubber Shell Connectors, (qty 20) MS27144-1 and MS27142-2). He might be able to answer better.
