Question 09 Wrangler X Tire Upgrade Advice

To start with I have a Silver 09 Jeep Wrangler X completely stock. I probably split my driving between off-road and the pavement. I am looking to get some new tires for it. I am looking at the Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ Radial Tires 33/12.5 R16 to put on my stock rims. A few concerns/questions I have for you all is as follows: Will they fit or do I need a spacer? If I need a spacer any recommendations? Has anyone used these tires before and know what the quality of them are? I hope to get rims in the future, but right now its not an option. Thanks for all the help everyone!

You might/will rub with stock wheels

Option 1 would be wheel spacers
Option 2 would be to buy new wheels all together. Sounds more expensive but in some cases is not.
33x15's tires tend to be less expensive.

Contact a forum vender and see what they can do for you. Best prices around

K thanks. Is there any negatives to wheel spacers that would be good to know about?

Well you hear that they can put extra stress on the bearings etc.
But i don't see no difference if you were to run wheels with less backspacing.

Loctight and follow the torque/retorque instructions and you will be fine.
