Red face 15x8 versus 16x8

I am upgrading my wheels and tires next week. After looking around it seems like most of the wheels that I like are available in 16 or bigger. I will not be lifting this Jeep and she will stay on the street 90% of the time. The tires I am going with are the General Grabber AT2. If I go with a 15x8, I am getting 31x10.5 tires. Should I go down to 245 if I go with the 16 wheel? What are the pros and cons?
Thanks in advance. My brain is all searched out and I still have not decided.

Bekki

I think the 16" wheel is an inch bigger than the 15"...I think.
