24 psi????

I know this topic has been covered lots of times before but i never saw one for my tires

just got brand new tires 33X10.50X15 on a 8 inch wide rim.

aired down to about 26 psi so i can get even wear.
i drove on a dirt road with wet tires and i saw that the dirt was sticking to the tire on the inside threads nicely

but the final row of treads on the outside of the tire were clean, meaning they werent touching.
now i brought it down to 24 psi to see if theres a change tomorrow

should the whole tire be touching?
is 24 psi too low?

If you dont get stuck, you're not trying hard enough.

Depends on your tire. Do the math and find out the correct tire pressure for your tire. Formula is max load/max psi= lbs per psi. Example my tire max load is [email protected] psi= 95.3. Then I went and weighted both the front and rear end. Took the fro.t end weight and divided by the lbs/psi and got 17.9 psi for front and 15 for the rear. So do the math and you might be surprisedat what you come out with. Oh one tip when you do the weighing have a full tank of fuel it adds a lot of weight
