31X10.5R15 on 10x15 wheel

hello guys,

i'm planning to fit 31X10.5R15 on 10x15 wheel at my 2013 jeep 2d sport. wondering two things.

- Does anyone have any picture of the same setup?
- do i have to lift the car even if i don't go off road?
- instead lifting the car can i change the flare fender?

thanks

That wheel is too wide for that tire.
Isn't 32's stock on JK's?
Yes, you can change the flare....although I don't know why you would want to for a 31.

You also wondered 3 things

well to start with i put two and remembered the third

currently the stock wheel is 17X7or 7.5 if i'm not mistake the tire is 245/75 R17. i wanted to have a wider wheel and tires and give a nice look to the jeep as well as maintaining a certain budget putting in mind that 15 inch tires are way cheaper . would you recommend to go for 33 or 35 ?

the idea behind changing the flare is to avoid lifting the car or i have to lift it anyway ?

thanks

New to the Jeep game but have a couple comments.

15" wheels on a JK are questionable to fit or not (wheel dependent)
10" wide wheels for a 31x10.50 is too wide
My stock JKU and my daughters stock JK both have stock 32" Tires. Look at some Sahara or Rubicon new vehicle takeoffs for a great price on 32" 17s or 18s.
Add some 1.5" wheel spacers to stock wheels for the stance you are wanting?
Fenders don't need to be touched.
