33" tires on 2017 JKU w/teraflex leveing kit?

Just as the title says what are some decent tire options for a 2017 JKU w/teraflex leveling kit and spidertrax wheel spacers?
Light offroading, nothing drastic. I do like the look of the stock KO2s but wouldn't mind trying something different.

Would the 33" tire be 285? My current sidewall is 70, could I go 75?

Not buying anytime soon, just curious what other members have used?

I have the Teraflex leveling kit on mine. I am running 1.5" Spidertrax spacers with my stock wheels. I have the Goodyear Duratrac 295/65R18 which the internet calculator spits out 33.1 x 11.6. Looks really nice, but I'll admit I'd rather have a 2.5" lift with a 34-35" tire.

285/70/17 Falken Wildpeak a/t3w
Those are on my list for next mod. Most likely will need spacers if using stock rims.

How much of a MPG penalty did you guys see going from the stock 255/75/17s to the 285/70/17s?
