33x11.2x16 backspacing ????

ok another backspacing etc thread but as i am in europe, need to buy tyres with metric numbers.
basically i ahve ordered a set of hankook dynapro mt 285/75/16s and tyre conversions says they are 32.8x11.2x16 - i am planning a 2" budget boost lift kit and wondering what the backspacing should be? not so many options here in europe but i hv managed to find 4.5 backspacing. do you think they will clear the fenders etc?

Can you run this (285/75r16) on a 16" wheel w/4.5" bs and no lift? 2016 JK.

I've decide what I want on wheels and tires, but still undecided on a level kit or true small lift.
