35 vs 33 on a 09' JK

Hey all.

I just put a 3 1/2" AEV lift on, and want to put some new tires on to fill the space and make it bigger. I can go up to 35x12.5 but I'm not sure if I need to change from factory gearing to do so. Some have suggested 33" instead, but I don't want to regret not going bigger. Any thoughts?

go 35's... 33's will look tiny on that setup. You don't have to change gearing, but you'll definitely want to.

Just roll up tires next to it and see what you like before you buy!

Funny, I just got a 13 JK and I'm putting on a 3 inch lift and thought about 33s! I'm gonna go 35s right? I'm like you I don't want to go to big but 33s might be too small?????? Wtf?
