Question Aluminum rims - Stock?

Are these things stock?

My jeep came with these aluminum rims, wearing 10.5x31" tires. I like them because they aren't too heavy, even though they're kinda ugly and have ridiculously tight lug holes - a huge PIA when trying to change them.

Anyone else ever seen wheels like these, or know where I can get one for a matching spare? The old spare is a steel, but it's so rusted out it won't hold air anymore! I need a new one asap.

And, is there even a remote possibility a wheel shop could drill the lug holes a tad wider so a lug wrench or socket will fit easier?

Ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated!

They are aftermarket. Look like American racing. Go to you local parts house and they should have a wheel socket that will fit in the tighter recess. I think mine is a Gorilla brand.. It came with bar and case. I would get some aluminum wheel cleaner and a mothers power balls and polish and attack them and restore the shine. You could also do a plasti dip on them if you wanted them black. The plasti dip can be peeled off if you do not like it.
