Any info/reviews on Falken Wildpeak at3w?

These seem like a new design from Falken, and a good BFG AT alternative.
looking at a 315/70/17 size. Price seems great too.

I am now running the 35"x12.5"r15's. They run true to size in comparison to the KMēs that replaced them. They are also much heavier than the KMēs. I have not yet taken these tires off road, but when I do, they will see Big Bear, Joshua Tree, and Baja California.

Will these tires suffice for my Jeep runs? I will be sure to report back after my more challenging runs.

They have some pretty rugged sidewalls. I'd put them up against a BFG any day.

I ran them on my TJ in 31x10.50. Great in the snow/rain, and just as adept off-road as similar tires.

Have these tires (315-70-17) on my JK. They have been great off road and no complaint on road at all.

I have the 315/70/17 AT3W in my truck, and they're great, quiet like KO2's, and they great in snow, (haven't tried them myself per se, but i've been in some Taco's this past winter with friends who had them, and they did behave great, nice sipping, they take water/snow/sluch very well, and seem to last a long time), little cheaper than KO2's too.

Ran them for about 30k miles on my Grand Cherokee. They are great tires, especially for the money. They look good and perform well on and off road. I could have gotten another 20-30k out of them most likely too.

Best A/T tire I've ever used so far. 30,000 miles still had 8/32nds of tread on a 6,000 lb. rig. I like to try new stuff so now I'm running the BFG KO2, but the Falken simply can't be beaten for the money!!

They perform really well on the sand. I was in Cantamar (south of Rosarito) and they literally walked up the dunes with very little effort (and 11 p.s.i.). The sidewalls provide additional traction as seen in these photos.

Airing up

They drive real nice on the street

That's San Diego in the distance. The US border fence goes out into the ocean separating Playas de Tijuana and Imperial Beach, CA.

Baja with the AT3Ws!

I ran these tires for one week over the most challenging Baja trails and they surprised me with their traction vs. low noise. I am very happy with them overall. Sand rocks and mud for one week straight. Zero problems. The Falken AT3W Is BAJA PROVEN!
