Anyone running 285/60-18 Tires

Looking at Nitto Terra Grappler G2's in 285/60-18's on Fuel Vapor 18x9 wheels. -12MM Offset & 4.5mm backspacing. 2018 JKU stock suspension and want to keep it that way if possible. From what I have researched it doesn't seem I will have any rubbing issues as these tires are smaller in diameter than the stock 255/70-18. Anyone running this combination and what is your experience
