Backspacing Look?

I am currently running 15x8" MB 72 with a -19 offset on 35's looking to step up to the newer MB 11 17x9 with a -12 offset, I love how with my current setup the 35's stick out some out of the stock fenders can anyone chime in if I will get the same look on 17x9 -12 4.5 backspacing. Thanks in advance.

Your 15" wheels have a backspacing of 3.75" and the 17x9 have 4.5" so they will stick out .75" less, but then your wheel is 1" wider, but only half of that faces the outside so another .5" outward. After all is said and done your new setup will stick out .25" less than the old which wouldn't really be a noticeable difference.

A link to an offset to backspace calculator.
