Best way to get this wheel/tire combo

Hey everyone, I've been doing a bunch of research on getting a new set of wheels and tires for my TJ. I decided I'm going with Pro Comp 1079's and 33" Goodyear Duratracs. The question is, what is the cheapest way to get this combo? I can't seem to find a retailer who sells this combo and will mount and balance them. As of now, I can get the tires alone from Discount Tire for the cheapest, plus the $100 tread lightly rebate, and then buy the wheels separately. But I'm thinking there has to be a better way. Thanks in advance for your help.

I am not sure how things work where you live but I had no problem getting practically the same wheels with 33 inch BFG's from a 4 wheel place out here. They mounted and balanced them. You can always buy the wheels on line and then take them to Discount Tire for the mounting I would think.

I'm confused as to what the problem actually is? Buy rims, buy tires and get them mounted, problem solved.

A lot of places wont mount tires that you buy off line because if something happens during the mounting they have to provide a new tire for you and that is out of their pocket.

We don't stock them but we can certainly order them in for you. Call Jim at 1.888.459.4080 ext 51829. He ordered a set of procomps in for a customer with a JK this morning. Wheel and tire packages are mounted and balanced for free before they are set out. Mention this website when you order 5 tires for your jeep and you'll get $50.00 off your total instantly.

If you are interested, we stock the similar MB72. The 17" size is $50.00 off the set right now. http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...n=72&typ=Truck

That is the first time I've ever heard of anything like that and I worked in the tire business,Automotive and commercial for over ten years! If a tire shop can't do the simple task of putting a tire on a rim and balancing it they should not be doing tires. Honestly and I don't mean to offend anyone by this but anyone can install a tire on a rim it takes no real skill at all, I could teach a ten year old to do it and have.

I suggested to buy the wheels "online" and take those to the tire shop and buy their tires. I certainly can not see anyone having a problem doing this and if they do it is time to move on to another tire shop that is able to do tire things.
