BFG KM2 or Baja MTZ 31 Tires

Does anyone have the BFG KM2 Baja MTZ tires? If so, did your gas mileage decrease significantly with either these tires? I have the 31 BFG AT's and am thinking of getting these tires in the same size. I found that the BFG AT's weigh 43lbs, the KM2's 45lbs., and the MTZ's 47lbs, and I'm wondering if the additional tire weight will make my gas mileage take a steep dive. Thanks for any information.

I don't have a lead foot. I guess I'll just toss a coin to decide which tire to buy. Thanks for the help! Have a good one!

No problem.. FWIW the MTZ is gonna cost more but it also has a stronger sidewall.. Both tires are good for the DD/WW Jeeper

I go off roading on the weekends on rocky mountain roads that were first built for the miners to get to the mines. There are a lot of sharp rocks and mesquite or ocotillo thorns out here as well. I don't do any rock climbing or mud bogging. My TJ is may daily driver. If there is not much difference in gas mileage, I'm going to go with the KM2's or MTZ's. Thanks for any insight.
