BFG KM2 vs Nitto Trail Grappler

I'm curious if anyone has experience with BOTH of these tires and can offer a preference... I've got the opportunity to grab a set of barely used KM2 for a steal of a price but I had kinda made up my mind on the Nitto. Wondering if saving $600 is worth going with other tires I hadn't really researched.

Use will be 75% daily driver highway and 25% off road. SoCal so rocks, sand and some mud/snow in Big Bear.

09 JKUR 4" Teraflex and going with 37x12.50 R17 for the tire size

I dont have any exp with eather tire but Im thinking grab the KM2s up since they are cheap. They wont last forever so you could allways run whatever you want after they are gone.

I'm here to participate. I didnt come all this way just to watch.

I have the KM2's and just got them. I haven't ever ran the Trail Grapplers, but I don't think you will be disappointed with the KM2's especially at $600 discount.

I was searching as well and reviewed both your choices. I ended up choosing Toyo Open Country M/T's. Great reviews and looks awesome!

I've had the trail grapplers and did not like them. They were a ridiculously heavy MT = 60lbs for a 32" tire. They also wore quickly after only about 4K miles. I can only imagine how much more they weigh for a larger size. I had them for about 3 months and then sold them for a new set of Duratracs. If I were you I would go for the KM2s.
