BFG KM3 35x12.50r15 3 ply

I am ready to buy a set of tires and i was planning on buying a set of BFG KM3 35x12.50r15's. I remember reading that when the KM3 first came out they said that it was only available in a 6 ply and the 3 play would come later. I can only find 6 ply so i contacted BFG and the person i talked to seemed pretty clueless and just told me they dont sell it in 3 ply.

Does anyone know anything about the 3 ply and when it might be available? I have been brand loyal to BFG for years i have owned the original MT, the KM1 and KM2 and i was looking forward to trying out the KM3. If they are not going to release a 3 ply i am going to switch brands.

You're confusing your plies, hence why they were confused. The 3 ply means 3 sidewall plies which every BFG KM3 has. The 6 ply means 6 tread plies which determines the tires load rating. 6 ply is a C Load tire, 8 is a D load, 10 is a E load. 6 ply is fine for your jeep, as are 8 and 10. So, what BFG is offering currently in the KM3 is fine for your Jeep.
