Bfg Rugged Terrain

Is anybody running these on their Jeep?
I was looking at them in the P285/70/17 size.
When I priced them out they are $70 cheaper per tire compared to Toyo at2 in the same size.
For 5 tires thats a $350 saving plus taxes.
Alot of the reviews it seems they are confused with the old Trail Terrains which weren't very good.
Any help would be appreciated.

What do you want them for? They're basically an all-season light truck tire. I wouldn't use them for much off-road use - especially compared to something like the Toyo you mentioned.

I'm looking for an all season tire with about 10-15% light trail use.
Plus I was wondering how they are in the snow, they don't seem to be siped like the Toyo's?

Cheers

I have the original mud terrains but like everybody knows they are not the best in snow plus for extended highway trips they can get a little noisy after awhile.
I want to go up to a 285/70 and have a P load range as I will not be doing any hard core offroading. Maybe explore some light trails etc.
I cannot find a good picture of a JK with the rugged terrains. Maybe they are just not that popular with the Jeep crowd?

Cheers
Paul
