Can I run these rims?

Can I run 17x9 rims on the stock 32x10 rubicon tires?

Yes you can, the side wall of the tire will be level with the outside of the wheel. If you go off road the wheel will take a beating.

The tire is not wider then the rim so every little rock or log or anything will hit the rim when u go up against a rock with the tire wider the tire hits not the rim in ur case it will be more then likely the both of them will be hitting
