Changing tires & wheels-What about TPS's

Changing out the stock 32" tires and 17" wheels on my 09 Rubicon for some 35" BFG's. What do I do with the tire pressure sensors installed in the OEM tires? Can I mount them in the new tires? The dealer says maybe, but they would have to be re-programed. I'm told if I don't use the sensors, the warning light will always remain on. If I am able to use the sensors, how do you deal with the warning light/alarm when I drop the pressure for some rock crawling?

Aev procal is your answer. It will calibrate the readings of ur sensor so that the warning indicator will not show up. If u don't keep ur sensor, same thing...it will tell the computer not to read ur sensor at all therefore no warning indicator. Mine is currently turned off.

Since ur going 35s, the procal will also adjust ur speedometer to ur tire size, and ur shift points according to ur gears. It's pretty easy to use, and u don't have to pay the dealer overhead fees for them to install it.
