Decent tire?

I saw a Goodyear Wrangler MTR w/ kevlar on Discount tires. Is it worth having the kevlar? Sounds pretty tough.

no tougher then normal rubber is just a gimic. I've seen just as many sliced MT-Rs as any other tire. if your not crawling or wheeling a lot no point to spend the money on a trail tire

No ,I would have to say not a lot.The occasional rock crawl, mostly when I go with a friend of mine who seems to guilt me into stuff.Like the last time we went about 3 wks ago,I had my XJ and there was a area I wasent sure about tackling and he told me I didnt have to attempt it.We could go back to his house & do some knitting.Needless to say I had to go for it.Damn "friends",lol
