Finally making the upgrade

So im finally ready to buy tires and rims (thanks you tax return lol). This is gonna be the first set of tires and rims that ive ever bought so bare with me lol. I want 18" Fuel Mavericks and 35" Toyo AT II. I was looking online and theres so many different options about and i just want to make sure they actually fit lol. If someone could help me out with the correct offset and tire size that i need that would be great. I have a 2.5" teraflex coil lift and rancho 9000xl shocks waiting to be installed with the tires/rims.

Thanks for the help!

35x12.5/18

On a side note, I ran 17" fuel mavericks and I do have some cons I might share with you.
1. Make sure its a 5x5 bolt pattern only. the center cap hid the multi-bolt (10) pattern. It was difficult for me to rotate especially the spare. Trying to align 3/10 bolts ain't pretty and is very exhausting unless you have a friend to help... Those were on toyo 285/70/17. Imagine 35's.
2. The air valve is located and faced towards the spokes. Very difficult to air up/down especially at gas stations. I had to purchase a viair 400p and a teraflex tire deflator (one which doesn't remove the valve stems).
3. The plastic centercap is very very fragile.
