Help With Determining if These Wheels Meet My Needs

So over the past couple of weeks I've been researching what tires and rims I'd like to use to replace my stock setup. I have a Black 2008 Jeep Wrangler X/Sport (S-Package technically, I think). I really want to go for that "squatting" look where the tires are sticking out from the fenders slightly. I do not wish to get a lift either. Will the tire and rim combination I listed below work out properly w/ no rubbing, mods, etc.?

I ended up going with:

PRO COMP Series 7089 1-Piece Cast-Blast™ Alloy Wheel with 5x5 Bolt Pattern in 16x8 Size & 4.5" Backspacing:
Pro Comp Wheels and Tires 7089-6873 - PRO COMP Series 7089 1-Piece Cast-Blast™ Alloy Wheel with 5x5 Bolt Pattern in 16x8 Size & 4.5" Backspacing - Quadratec

You should be fine. At most, you might need to add some washers to the steering stops. See this:

Yes, although will it come out from the fender flair slightly (I'd like it to).
