Hub Centric to Lug Centric Conversion help

Ordered a set of wheels from Bassett.
15x12 3" backspacing TJ bolt pattern.
Intended for a 35x16r15 tire.

Basically all Bassett wheels are lug centric and I ordered my set of wheels with their lug centric wheel nuts.

What should I be looking out for with this set up. Has anyone had any issues with vibrations with lug centric wheels? If so can a hub spacer solve the problems? This TJ is a pavement and off-road vehicle.

Most aftermarket rims for the Jeeps, and also including the factory ones are lug-centric.
Shouldn't be an issue if you put them on correctly/carefully, a hub spacer will help line things up quicker, but not really needed.
